Also called Northern White, this large hardneck garlic has a more spicy profile than its porcelain cousins. Its large easy to peel cloves have a higher sugar count which makes it good for caramelizing and mellows when using in your culinary dishes. Also a good seed garlic.

Native to Germany, this hardy variety is best grown in cooler climates.
