Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are usually processed within 2 business days. Exceptions include most federal holidays in which case we will ship the first business day after the holiday.
Remember this is a small family run business so please be patient with us. Our customer satisfaction is a number one priority and we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied. In some cases where we are receiving a high volume of orders it may take a day or two longer. If this happens we will make sure to email you the status of your order so you know what to expect.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
At this time we do not ship to any P.O boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with your purchase information within 24 hours after confirming your purchase. We will then fulfill your order and within 2 business days after purchase confirmation you will then receive another email with your shipping information, including a tracking number you can use to track your package.
Customs, duties, and taxes
At this time we are not shipping internationally. Any taxes for your order are applied at checkout.
Damages
Stonebridge Garlic LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at support@stonebridgegarlic.com to let us know. We will work with you to resolve any issues. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
