Music Hardneck

In the hardneck family of garlic, the Music Hardneck variety provides large, easy to peel cloves with a mild spiciness and rich musky taste. 

Originating from Ontario Canada, this strain was derived by Al Music who brought over porcelain garlic from Italy to cultivate on his own farm. The result was a hardy, robust plant resistant to some common diseases that infest other varieties of garlic. Great for culinary or seed use.
