Whether by themselves or as a garnish, these fresh garlic scapes will liven up any dish. You can purchase our scapes by the pound which will stay fresh for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator. Or freeze them for use year-round.

Once you receive them, remove the bundle from the bag and wash it. Then pat dry with a paper towel and enjoy them in your favorite dish!
